SHARED HOUSING: A maximum of two professionals share a 1700+ sq ft townhouse, lots of privacy including your own 2nd floor private master bedroom with en-suite bath and walk in closet. These rentals offers – NO long term lease, option to pay rent weekly. Minimum of 3 months or longer stay required. You would be sharing common areas with another professional that occupies the other bedroom.
PRIVATE Mid-Term and Long-Term: We also offer private (not shared) fully furnished townhomes for 3, 6, 9 or 12 month lease. Our lease rentals are fully furnished, nicely decorated, include utilities, fiber internet, all appliances, washer and dryer, fully functioning kitchen, even bed linens if required.
Why Mid-term housing? These properties are leased for 3-12 months (typically 3-9 months) making them an ideal fit for folks working or living in an area for more than a few weeks but less than a year. Ideal if you are here on contract work, relocating, traveling workers, homeowners in transition and consultants just to name a few.
