Room Rental Requirements and Criteria

Identification
All persons residing in the household will be required to provide valid government-issued identification as well as any 2 of the following:
Recent original utility bill (ie: power, water, gas)
Recent original credit card bill
An actual credit card
Recent cell phone bill that matches applicants cell number
Requirements
Credit check
Past rental history
Employment verification
Proof of income
Immediate Disqualifications:
A current, non-discharged Bankruptcy action, Falsified information, Eviction less than 5 years (and not included in bankruptcy), Rental reference that would not re-rent for documented reasons.
An applicant will be denied if they have been convicted, pled guilty or no contest to a felony crime in the last 7 years.
Any misdemeanor in the last five years will be a disqualification.
